I can't sign in to Microsoft Edge Dev&Can

Dev and Can versions cannot be logged in.I need to log in to another account, but I can only log in to the Microsoft account that I currently use on this computer.

After I entered my email address in the small login window and clicked the "Login" button, the login window closed directly, seemingly flashing back. I couldn't enter the password for my account, so I couldn't log in to the account. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it has not worked.
