I can't see the Touch initiated drag and drop Extension flag in Edge

Hi,

we bought a touch screen display/TV and try to use the drag &drop feature on Edge browser but it's not working, as advised we wanted to enable this flag "Touch initiated drag and drop Extension flag" but we can't find it in the list to enable. can anyone advise?
