How to turn of DEBUG Text-File?

Everytime I look at an HTML file Microsoft Edge (Chromium) automatically generates a DEBUG Text file.

Can I turn this off?

 

A Text file usually has this inside of it:

[0615/234300.671:ERROR:crash_report_database_win.cc(470)] failed to stat report
[0615/234300.672:ERROR:crash_report_database_win.cc(470)] failed to stat report
[0615/234300.672:ERROR:crash_report_database_win.cc(470)] failed to stat report

    Are you still encountering this issue, or is it resolved as of recent updates?

      I have same issue.  Don't recall any new updates.  However I do have Office 2019 installed on my machine and I keep getting Office 2016 updates (yesterday) which may be the problem?
