How to restore closed tabs from last session while activating "Clear browsing data on close"

Hello,

My laptop closed suddenly. Now when I reopened it and reopened Microsoft Edge, the "retore closed tabs" message did not appear. The problem is that the "clear browsing data on close" is turned on. Is there any way to restore those closed tabs?
