How to enable edge "startup boost" in edge using PowerShell or CMD ?

I am in process of making an application where user will be able to boost their MS edge browsing speed on click of a button. So I want to enable this feature as well in the background using PowerShell or cmd.

Also, if you know any other feature which may help to boost edge performance, please do let me know.
