How to change child's multiplayer access on Windows Minecraft

My Daughter's newly installed Minecraft has the Multiplayer button disabled. I understand this is set somewhere withing MS Family but have not been able to find it. I have read many posts on the forums directing to 'Enable' Minecraft, add Minecraft to the underage limit, or change the content settings. The only limit on Windows Minecraft I have access to is to Block or set a time limit.
