How can I open pdfs in normal tts mode, in edge browser?

There are 2 tts modes-

  1. Normal mode- where it highlights the sentence in blue and highlights the word in yellow. It is much easier to use.

  2. Pdf mode- where it fades everything other than the sentence it is reading. It is harder and more clunkier to use.

How to use the normal tts mode for reading pdfs?

    The PDF-Read mode is basically unusable..
