Hover cards glitching

Version 90.0.818.39 (Official build) (64-bit)
 
hover cards, both image and just description ones, flicker on hover and also impair clicking on tabs themselves

seems fine in Dev at the moment

    Just mentioning that this is still broken as of Version 90.0.818.56 (Official build) (64-bit)


    Dev is fine though
