Homepages in "Another User" launch

Starting with the last 2 updates launching Dev as A Different User does not open that user's homepages I've set up.  I have 3 pages that I have to run as my IT admin account.  I have the pages bookmarked and I get those so it's not a huge issue.  But no matter how I set the homepages to open they won't.  I just get the newtab page.  This used to work fine.

    On the Different User, do you have their On Startup settings set to: "Open a new tab", "Continue where you left off", or "Open a specific page or pages"?

      It was Specific pages.  But it seems to be working properly again.  Last update fixed this I believe.
