HEVC video decoding broken with B-frames

This week's Dev build has made a fix that we think works around the issue until the next update to the HEVC codec pack gets released. Do you notice any difference in the latest Dev channel build?

    I can confirm on my end that it seems to be fixed! I don't notice any glitches when I tested it today.

    Edge version: 99.0.1150.30 (Official build) (64-bit)
    HEVC extension version: 1.0.50361.0

    I am currently still facing the issue on the latest (I think) Edge dev build (Version 99.0.1150.2 (Official build) dev (64-bits)).

    The HEVC extension version I tested with is: 1.0.43421.0
