HEVC Main 10 video playback is heavily stuttering

I’ve noticed similar stuttering with HEVC Main 10 lately as well, especially in browser-based players. Since reinstalling drivers and the HEVC extension didn’t help, it might be related to a recent Edge or Windows update. You could try disabling hardware acceleration in Edge as a quick test to see if playback improves.
