HEVC Main 10 video playback is heavily stuttering

You need to PURCHASE the HEVC 10 codec for Winblows?

I just landed her while searching for something else, related to Jelly-fin Server. 

I saw that "I purchased the HEVC 10 codec from the Microsoft Store" line and I was absolutely shocked.

I would simply complain to all the video outlets that I can't pay for their service anymore because MS is holding the codecs hostage. Winblowschunksandfailsyouwhenyouneeditmostalways is worse than a **bleep**ing shopping center now. I use it at work, it's SO **bleep**ing bad that I now have 100% job security (tyvm MS for **bleep**ing it all up!).

The switch to literally ANY other OS and you're god for HEVC 10 video content for free.

PLEASE DON"TELL ME you ALSO have to pay for it on a **bleep**ing Mac? That is Lunux to, it would be sacrilege  to PAY for HEVC codec on Linux, pure obscenity.. 

Huh? I've been using it for free for 2 years now, I had no idea. I am SO happy I switched to Linux. There is SO much garbage being posted on line about Linux-it all just works, gaming and video and audio all as good or better than Winsucks. 

There is a reason the EU is switching to a non-US application and closed source infected OS and software system.

Steam dumped millions into ARCH/KDE for gaming.

The E.U. is now dropping millions into KDE and office products to make it a WHOLE LOT better for office type work.

Microsoft has **bleep**ed themselves with their greed to be on top.

WHEN they go under or become a bare shade of what they once were, I will stand up, open a beer, take a big gulp, then start to clap.

I can hardly wait for it I an so full of anticipation.

MS has taken a good, decent OS which I used to love and turned it into a privacy stealing, browsing habits stealing shopping mall in which the product its in front of the keyboard!

IF, I am your product Microsoft, and we BOTH know that if I install your crap that's what I become,  why am I paying for ANY **bleep**ING THING at all to you for anything services or PC? MY PC cost me 5K, I upgrade the RAM = another $400, I upgraded the video card=$2600, I upgraded my display, $1400 - where is my refund for all that if I choose to install Winblowschunkseveryupdateisadisasterrollingreleaseswereperfectedbylinux20yearsagomicrosoft hastriedfor10yearsandfailedbadly?

Ah well--you can lead a fool to water but...well, if you're NOT a fool you know the rest if you are it doesn't matter so..yah
