Seems that the latest https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9N4WGH0Z6VHQ is broken on AMD and NVIDIA.
I have just purchased https://www.microsoft.com/store/productId/9NMZLZ57R3T7 and the stutter is gone.
Nice, I also have the 2nd one, store says the first one is not available for me.
