Hebrew support for Edge "Add Text"

MicrosoftThis is currently a known issue, and it affects all non-Latin characters, not just Hebrew. If you click back on the form, you should see that the characters are still there; they just aren't shown when outside of the form. We have work on our backlog to address this.

this should eliminate the necessity of installing third party tools (borderline malware) for this basic requirement.
