having a problem with chrome extension on dev channel

Hi.  I just started using the new Edge in the dev channel and I am having a problem with a Chrome extension.  Its called tab to window and installs fine, but does not seem to work.  Is this a bug in Edge or does the developer have to make some changes?  I hope not as I don't know the person.
