graphics look worse compared to Legacy EdgeHTML Edge

One of the things I noticed right away when Chromium-based Edge replaced the EdgeHTML-based Edge is, a lot of graphics/images looked worse! Blurry or lower res. I'm not exactly sure what the causes are but after some researching I found 2 Chromium bugs that Google employees seems to not care about. Edge team, please fix these since Google won't! I really miss the high quality graphics from EdgeHTML
