Get rid of "It looks like you're using an adblocker" dialog box in Site

I'm seeing this error message on popular websites, The worst thing is I'm not using any adblocker, even I have whitelisted the site. Check the screenshot:

 

Note: I'm only seeing this in Microsoft Edge, and not in Chrome, and Firefox. Is there any way to get rid of it? What causing the issue?

    That might be because of Edge's tracking prevention, especially if it's set to Strict. Do you have that set to Basic, Balanced, or Strict?

      Great, it worked now! Could you please explain a bit what causing the dialog box to appear when privacy is set to Strict?

        I don't know for sure, so this is a bit of speculation, but I believe that since Strict tracker blocking blocks ad trackers, it also somehow tricks websites into thinking the ads themselves are blocked.
