Full Screen PDF Issue when in single-app Windows Kiosk mode

MattC900 I know this is an older thread and someone may have found a fix already, but I just tested this on our public browsing kiosks, and it looks like the issue is somewhat resolved. There's no X button still, but hitting the "Esc" button while in Edge's full screen PDF viewer does close the viewer.
Tested on windows 11 and ESC does not work.
If full screen with black back ground Ctrl S brings up save dialog. Esc close, do it twice like that and it will leave the Full Full screen, but still stuck at the pdf page.
