Freeze User-Agent in Microsoft Edge for Android and iOS?

I know that User-Agent will be frozen in Microsoft Edge for Desktop.

However, I'm worrying about that if User-Agent will be frozen in Microsoft Edge for Android and iOS or not, and if it's frozen, what it will be. Will we be able to detect that the UA is mobile or desktop from User-Agent header (NOT from UA-CH) even if the User-Agent will be frozen?
