font color in Edge beta

I need to change the color to black (for more contrast) and maybe also the thickness of the font used in Edge beta. On many sites the font face is badly distorted, see attached.

    ArieKlerk Try going here: edge://settings/appearance

At the bottom, there should be options to change the font and size. You cant change the color, that's up to the website developers(unless you want a high contrast theme for windows).

    Hope this helps!

  • Hi ArieKlerk

the text highlight color is something that website developers specify in their CSS. you can modify them using the developer mode in the browser, press F12.

For the bad shape of texts, make sure your Windows appearance settings are like this

To access there, right-click on This PC on desktop and select properties.
