[FIXED] Reading View Not working in Microsoft's own websites!

UPDATE: Got fixed in the last update.

when i click on Reading View's book icon, it gives me this:

turned off other extensions to make sure they are not interfering with the page load 

It gets more weird when on another Microsoft Docs article page the Reading View button doesn't even appear, like here for example: 

https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/SharePoint/hybrid/plan-sharepoint-server-hybrid

but when i choose another article from the left bar then the button appears and it works.

there is definitely a bug in Edge canary that needs a fix. again it won't hurt if you just make the reading view a fixed button instead of trying to recognize the page content first because right now the detection method is not working well.
