[FIXED] Can't download any images in Edge insider Canary Version 79.0.313.0

All flags and extensions disabled/default values

Version 79.0.313.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit)

Windows 10 build 19008

the browser is Not running in Windows Defender application guard mode, it's running in normal mode.

Drag & dropping picture to desktop works but right clicking on an image and choosing "save image as" and then browsing to desktop or any other folder fails with that error
