Hi, soon the new tab page will have these options that let you remove all of that and have a simple clean new tab page.

It's more widely available for Edge insider Canary channel users and less available for Dev channel users, because it's part of a controlled feature roll-out program (A/B testing) but soon you should be seeing it on your build too if you're using either of them. for Beta you will have to wait approximately 6 weeks to get the new update because it was just recently updated and its update cycle is every 6 weeks.
