Feedback Category
When a user would like to send feedback by clicking the smiley face icon, the window should have an option for what category of feedback either suggestion or problem then the importance of that feedback either sever or low level. For example a 1 for a problem for the new tab page, and a 5 for security, browser performance and sever problems that effect most users.

- Thank you for the interesting idea @mksensui11. We appreciate all feedback, and want people to feel empowered to engage without feeling like they need to understand how important the area is. We hope that everyone feels free to let us know how we are doing on big things as well as the small things.
