Feature Request: native text recovery for forms/text boxes (Lazarus, Typio, Textarea Cache)

I go hunting for a legitimate Lazarus replacement a few times a year it seems. Typio never really did what it could do.

I would argue this is a Ease of Access issue. Having Lazarus as reliable as it was, genuinely reduced my anxiety, even if it only ever backed-up that text locally. And in my current situation, desperately trying to find a job that's 15 hours or fewer a week, when that's not the kind of jobs anyone really puts on a job board, it's particularly been frustrating. I'm often looking for any alternative way to put my resume in front of potential employers, which usually involves a basic web form that is their "general application" form. 

So, yes, please, just build this functionality into the browser. I would genuinely hug someone who finally gave me this peace of mind.
