Feature Request: Native option to switch tabs via mouse wheel on the tab strip

Many power users relied on extensions like "AutoControl" to switch tabs quickly by scrolling the mouse wheel while hovering over the tab strip. With recent extension changes, this is no longer possible via 3rd party tools.
Request:
Please add a native toggle in Settings to enable "Scroll tab strip to switch tabs".
Why:
Productivity: It is much faster than clicking tabs individually.
Competitors: Vivaldi and Firefox (via settings) already support this.
Accessibility: Reduces the need for precise clicks.
