Favourites sync

Can favorites be synced between Edge dev/canary and Edge stable? What does USS favorites sync flag do?

Deleted Favorites will not sync between Edge stable and Edge Dev/Canary as they now have different sync backends. Favorites should sync between Edge Canary and Edge Dev. You can import your favorites from Edge stable into the Edge preview builds.
