Favourites - moving folders
I'm relatively new to Edge, I have imported my favourites from Internet Explorer. all went OK. But when I add new folder to favourites it gets placed right at the end ie not in alphabetical order. ...

you can use the favorites flyout on Edge toolbar to sort your favorites, drag and drop favorites and folders to wherever you want,
you can also manage them in here:
edge://favorites/
also use drag and drop, use the sort by name.
