Favorites pinned should survive Edge restart
I pin the favorites bar to the right side.
After Edge restart the favorites bar isn't pinned anymore.
I would prefer that pinning status is retained.

- I agree that the state of the sidebar when Edge closes remains the same when Edge is restarted; this should also be the same for all sidebars state (e.g. History etc.)
