Family Safety Account Restriction

Not having the full control on son's account
- can still change the settings for restricted website
- can still search restricted contents using different search engine

Steps done:
- added as family member
- blocked browser using family settings
- adjusted screen time, app and game limits
- added email account in windows device as family
