Failed to cache error: 0x80070070 dropbox wont install

Smart sync initially didnt work when using dropbox and all files downloaded and clogged both HDD so computer crashed. I uninstalled dropbox and deleted all local file data and performed regedit task to delete any trace of dropbox. 

Tried to reinstall dropbox and now I am getting this error message after getting the "error 2" message. 

I am stressing because I need this for work.
