Facebook - Arrow keys in text fields moves focus

When in Facebook, any movement of the arrow keys while in a text field immediately moves the curso focus to the URL bar

I am on Version 76.0.141.0 (Official build) canary (64-bit) and still happening. The same problem seems to be present here on this forum.
