Extensions In multiple Profiles

I think expected behavior for installed extensions would be for them to be installed on all profiles automatically.  Really a PIA to have to install an extension over & over for each new profile.  Granted there are those rare instances where you might not want a specific extension on a profile. Good option would be to have all the extensions ported to the new profile and you can just go into settings to enable the ones you want, instead of having to actually re-install them.
