EdgeUpdater Popup on Intune Managed Macs

A new popup occurs routinely throughout the day since last week, approximately May 6th. 

"EdgeUpdater" would like to access data from other apps.

MacOS Tahoe26.4.1 & Edge 148.0.3967.54

It doesn't matter if I **allow** or **don't allow**, it keeps popping back up. 

Anyone else having this problem or know how to make it go away?

I have checked with others, it doesn’t happen on non-managed Macs. Only seems to be those with Intune.
