EDGE will not open MP4s

Every time I try to open an MP4 attached to an email, EDGE presents me with this:

If I wait and try again and again, etc. it keeps happening.

I switch to CHROME which opens the MP4 every time. This has been happening for weeks if not months.

Any thoughts other than just use CHROME?
