We have a Remote Desktop Collection with three Windows 2019 servers and FSLOGIX profiles. We can sign in and sync Edge settings on the first login of every user. Any further login (no matter if it is the same server or not) breaks the sync.
If we disable FSLOGIX profiles and use a local profile it works perfectly but we cannot have local profiles.
On sync-internals we can see:
