EffEllErre I'm having the same problem, on a Samsung S10 Plus! In particular, I've been trying to use the new Drop feature to pass notes/files quickly between devices. It synchronises notes from my PC to my laptop, but it doesn't synchronise to my mobile even though, on my Microsoft account on my mobile, it confirms that "Sync is on" and I've pressed the 're-sync' option several times - and it confirms "Successfully re-synced". (I've ensured that Edge is up to date on my mobile).

The problem was fixed a few months after my last post with some update of Edge for Android, sync is still working fine on my Android devices.

You could give a first try by disabling and then re-enabling sync on Edge (this should force a full resync), otherwise tap on "Exit and disable sync" and finally add again your Microsoft account.
