Edge site permission settings doesn't make it clear that it includes tracking prevention info

The site permissions in: edge://settings/clearBrowsingDataOnClose

actually includes the tracking prevention exception list that we add, but it doesn't make it clear so makes us accidentally delete all of our exception list.

it should be made clear, via a notice or extra information, that site permissions also includes tracking prevention exception list: edge://settings/privacy/trackingPreventionExceptions

please make this change.
