Edge scrolls three times as many lines per mouse wheel turn as it should.

Same for me here.
Edge 126.0.2592.x on Ubuntu 24.04 scrolls several times whenever I make a single-tick wheel scroll.
However, the latest Edge on MS-Windows doesn't like this. Only the Edge on Ubuntu does multiple-scrolls.
When I tested with Chrome on the Ubuntu, Chrome exactly scrolls once a time.
