Edge scrolling issue

I downloaded the new Edge browser last week, and find it's a great browser,except for one issue. I have tried every suggestion thrown at me but I can not get Edge to perform smooth scrolling.

The only browser I can use is Mozilla Firefox, because that browser has smooth scrolling. I would love to use Edge, but find it frusttrating because the smooth scrolling feature will not work properly.
