Edge PDF viewer - Horizontal scrolling

Question

I have a Logitech Master mouse which comes with a handy horizontal scrolling wheel. I just noticed that if I open a PDF document which has lot of horizontal landscape (e.g. schematic diagrams) horizontal scroll wheel does not work, same PDF opened in Google Chrome works just fine.&nbsp;

Firefox built-in pdf viewer, based on pdf.js has horizontal scrolling . Shift + Mouse Wheel makes it work.

PDF XChange can also do "Ribbon layout" but it seems doesn't work for my Hairtail screen.
