Edge not rendering PDFs properly

Hi all -

I'm on Edge 93.0.957.0 (Official build) Dev (x86_64), on Mac OS Monterey (12.0 Beta (21A5284e)), and for the last few versions of Edge have been experiencing a PDF rendering issue with Edge's PDF reader. Regardless of the site I'm on or source of the PDF, all PDFs are rendering as shown in the attached.

I've tried viewing the PDF in an InPrivate window, to rule out any extension issues, but I get the exact same result.
