I have the same problem, both in Edge and on the desktop. I have reported it a couple of times, using feedback in edge and on the desktop, it seems to continue. I've stopped using MSN News, both in Edge and on the desktop, I'm getting my news elsewhere - unfortunately, as it seems like a great feature.
