Edge Insider Dev - PepperFlash (Solved)
How can avoid to download pepperflash to userdata folder?
I don't use flash several years and feel myself fine. I don't need this extra ~30 MiB in my profile.

- The only solution i found is remove PepperFlash folder and create empty read-only file PepperFlash without extension.

I think it will be gone by the end of 2020 when all browsers will stop supporting flash for good, until then i guess browsers have to keep providing support for flash.
they have made it hard though to use flash, for example it's disabled by default and even if a user enables it, it will return to the disabled state once again after browser restarts.
