Edge Insider Debian build for Raspberry Pi fails to install

Raspberry Pi OS is basically Debian, but both the download and command line instructions fail to install the browser on Raspberry Pi 400. Chromium version that's preinstalled on the OS works fine, but was hoping to use MS version to sync it with my other devices.
