Edge in MacOS Spaces

Hi,

I've not posted here but I've not found a mention of this problem. I just loaded Big Sur and am setting up Mission Control and Spaces.

I'm trying to task organize my spaces, but when I open Edge, it is not confined to a single space/desktop as are other applications (e.g., Outlook, Safari, Slack). That is, as I swipe left and right, Edge is ALWAYS present. I am forced to expand it to fullscreen for it to stay in a single space.

Am I missing a setting? Perhaps this is a MacOS problem rather than Edge not behaving as expected.
