Edge: How to remove the notice Is in Internet explorer mode.

We have corporate apps for Explorer 11 that we're testing with Edge compatibility mode.

Every time a new window opens with window.open a bar appears at the top indicating that

"It's in Internet Explorer mode. Most pages will work best in Microsof Edgge. [Open in Microsoft Edge] Learn more X"

They are web management applications, if at first I have put that the indicated domain runs in IE mode, we do not want that every time we open a window we ask it again.

Is there any possibility to set this up?
