Edge Flickering when watching videos

Version 105.0.1343.33 (Official build) (64-bit)

On both Youtube (Dark mode) and Netflix, my screen keeps flickering, but it doesn't occur on other browsers such as Brave.

I've set the Choose ANGLE graphics backend to D3D9, D3D11, but still, the issue still persists.

I'm using a discrete GPU (GTX 1070) and I've not had any flickering on Games. Basically, just the Edge browser whenever I'm watching videos.

Anyone else have this issue?
