Edge doesn't remember the card position after restart.

If we have several Edge windows open and some have vertical tabs and others have horizontal tabs, then after restarting Edge does not remember their layouts and opens all windows with one layout.
This is very annoying if we have several monitors and many windows with different tab layouts.
