Edge Dev Crashing at Start-up in Linux

OS: Manjaro Linux x86_64.

DE: XFCE4.

Symptoms:

Edge could not connect to the internet and crashed --repeatedly. 

After renewing the lease with my modem and reconnecting, Edge would start normally. 

Comments:

No internet connection page is missing or Edge is having an issue displaying the page and crashing, possibly. Have not attempted to run Edge via command-line while internet connectivity is disabled, but will test.
